| The MBS-SAM9263 ARM9 Board is an ARM embedded board produced by Embest, integrate the ATMEL ARM926EJ-S-based processor AT91SAM9263,operating at 400MHz frequency. MBS-SAM9263 board consists of MBC-SAM9263 core board and MBM-SAM-9G bottom board. MBS-SAM9263 core board which contains a Mciro USB interface to easily complete the firmw -are complete a debug serial port, a 5V power supply interface, two 32MB SDRAM memory, a 4MB DataFlash and a 256MB NandFlash.MBM-SAM-9G bottom board has rich peripheral reso -urces, such as SD Card interface, audio interface, Ethernet, a USB Host, a UART, a JTAG deb -ug port, LCD interface, and so on. |
